Log in to your DLT portal using your Principal Entity (PE) credentials.
You can do this from your operator’s DLT portal (e.g., Airtel, BSNL, Jio, VI, etc.).
Once logged in, check that you can access sections like “Chains”, “PE-TM Chain”, or “Manage Telemarketer.”
These options are usually found on your DLT dashboard or under the “Entity Management” menu.
After logging in, navigate to the section labeled one of the following, depending on your DLT provider:
PE-TM Chain
Manage Telemarketer
Chains → New Chain
Each DLT portal may label this section slightly differently, but the process remains the same.
Click “New Chain” or “+ New Chain.”
Enter the following Telemarketer ID:1202168378118416455
Confirm the registered Telemarketer Name:
SAINO SALES SIMPLIFY PRIVATE LIMITED
Click Submit.
The chain status will now appear as Pending.

Our team will review and approve your request from our end.
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
After receiving our confirmation:
Log back into your DLT portal.
Go to PE-TM Chain or Manage Telemarketer.
Approve the chain request from your side.
Once approved, the status will change to Active or Approved.
You will receive an email confirming that the PE-TM Chain setup has been successfully completed.
Once approved, your account will be fully ready to send SMS campaigns through Zixflow.
Setting up the PE-TM Chain is mandatory under TRAI regulations.
If this setup is not completed, your SMS campaigns will fail to deliver.
Ensure the Telemarketer ID and Name are entered exactly as provided.
If your chain remains pending for more than 48 hours, contact our support team.
Keep a screenshot of the final Approved status for your records.
