Collections in Zixflow are the main databases where you store and manage your contacts’ details. By default, there are four Collections in Zixflow; People, Company, Deals, and Products. Each of these Collections contains numerous columns where you can view your contacts’ information, such as name, email address, phone number, company, and so on.
With Zixflow, you can change the label of the Collections as per your needs and increase the number of Collections by choosing a suitable plan. Also, Collections are top-level databases, which means you can see all of your saved contacts from Collections.
