WhatsApp only allows businesses to reach out to their audience using an approved WhatsApp Message Template. So, to build your WhatsApp Message Template, click on the Template Builder button within the WhatsApp campaign builder.
Next, click the Add Template button and build your template using our no-code builder. After building your template, click Save.
Once your template gets approved by Meta, you can start using it in your WhatsApp campaigns.
