Collecting prospects' information from the internet is a tedious task. It would take you a lot of time to find the right details and add them manually to your CRM platform. However, with Zixfow LinkedIn Extension, you can do this in seconds. Let’s check out how.
First, install the Zixflow LinkedIn Extension from the Chrome Web Store.
After that, go to the LinkedIn profile of the contact you want to add to the CRM. Here, click on the Zixflow Extension in your Chrome browser.
Click the Get Started button and you will be redirected to the Zixflow website where you have to sign up for the platform. Don’t worry, it’s completely free to sign up and use the platform.
Once you are logged in, go back to LinkedIn and click the Zixflow Extension under the Extension section and you will see the contacts’ details within the extension.
Now, to simply add the contacts’ information to Zixflow CRM, click the ‘add’ button and it will be added to the Collection.
Keep in mind that clicking the ‘add’ button will save the contacts’ data into a Collection within the Zixflow CRM. To add contacts to a List, click on the contact in Extension, click the ‘Add to List’ button, and pick a List from the drop-down menu.
You can also delete a contact from your account by clicking the ‘delete’ icon in the Extension.
To change the Workspace you wish to add the contact to by clicking the button with the name of your Workspace. Here, you can view all of your Workspaces, reach out to our support team if you’re facing an issue, and log out from your Zixflow account.
If you want, you can add the contact information manually by clicking the ‘Add Manually’ button. In the next pop-up screen, you need to fill in the contact’s name, email, and phone number. Once you’re done, click save.
Finally, there is a global search bar in the Zixflow Extension that allows you to search your entire database from the Extension. You can search and view the complete profiles of your saved contacts from the Extension itself.
