Here’s a quick guide for you to know the Zixflow platform. With this, you’ll know your way around the application easily.
The Zixflow sidebar contains your Collections, Lists, Inbox, Campaigns, and much more. Use it to move from one module to another.
The sidebar includes:
My Work: This is your activity screen where you can keep track of your upcoming tasks and see the status of your current or past processes.
Inbox: A unified Inbox, where you can view and respond to all your messages with ease.
Automation: The workflow automation module allows you to create cadences or set up automated workflows to save time and effort.
Campaigns: The campaigns module lets you run outreach campaigns across different channels like SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
Forms: Here, you can create highly customized Forms to capture details from your users in a fun and interactive way.
Accessible search bar
Looking for details in Zixflow is user-friendly and quick. With the search bar at the top of the sidebar, you can look for contacts’ information by entering a name, company, or email address.
Add or switch workspaces
If you want to add a workspace or switch to another workspace, you can click your workspace name in the top-left corner and select between different workspaces or add a new one.
Workspace and account settings
You can also access your account and workspace settings by clicking on your workspace name and selecting the settings option from the drop-down menu.
In your workspace settings, you can manage your members and teams, edit general settings, and security-related options.
Within the accounts settings, you can view and edit your profile, see different login sessions, manage your emails, view and switch workspaces, and change notification settings.
