Running an RCS Campaign

Step 1: Set Up the Campaign

- Go to the "Campaigns" section in RCS and click "Create New Campaign."

Step 2: Define Campaign Parameters

- Campaign Name: Give your campaign a unique name.

- From Bot: Choose the bot you want to use.

- Audience: Upload or select a list of contacts from your Zixflow account. Ensure the list includes phone numbers compatible with RCS.

- Message Template: Choose the template you created earlier.

Step 3: Configure Campaign Settings

- Schedule: Select the date and time for the campaign.

- Split Campaigns: Decide if you want to send to all contacts at once or in batches with timed intervals.

Step 4: Launch the Campaign

- Review the details and click "Send Campaign."

Step 5: Analytics & Tracking

- You can track metrics like messages sent, delivery status, read receipts, and failed messages to measure campaign performance.
