Carrier and Device Support: RCS is available on Android devices, but not all carriers and devices in India support RCS. iOS users in India do not have full RCS functionality yet (Coming Soon).
Reach: RCS works only with users who have an RCS-enabled messaging app and an active data connection. If not, messages default to SMS/MMS, which does not support rich media.
Message Size: Rich media messages have size restrictions. Images should not exceed 1MB, and videos should be under 10MB.
Opt-In Requirements: Ensure your customers have explicitly opted in to receive RCS messages, as unsolicited messages can lead to your bot being blocked.
