How to Integrate Facebook Leads with Zixflow

Introduction

This guide will walk you through the process of integrating Facebook Leads with Zixflow. By following these steps, you can automatically capture and store lead information within the Zixflow platform.


Step 1: Logging into Zixflow

  1. Log in to your Zixflow account.

  2. Upon login, you will see the dashboard screen.


Step 2: Navigating to Integrations

  1. Click on your Workspace Name from the dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.

  3. Within Settings, locate the Integrations section.

  4. Find Facebook Leads and click on the Connect button.


Step 3: Connecting Your Facebook Account

  1. Click on Add Account.

  2. Select Continue with Facebook.

  3. Grant the necessary permissions for your Facebook account.

  4. Select the Pages you want to integrate with Zixflow.

  5. Review the list of permissions and click Save.

  6. Your Facebook account is now connected.


Step 4: Setting Up Automation for Facebook Leads

  1. Navigate back to the Automations tab.

  2. Click on Add Flow and select Facebook Leads as the trigger.

  3. Select the Facebook Page you previously connected.

  4. Click on Save.

  5. Choose the Form from which the lead data will be retrieved.

  6. Click on the selected form and save the configuration.


Step 5: Mapping Lead Data to the People Module

  1. Click on the Next Node and select Create or Update Record.

  2. Choose People Module as the destination for storing the lead data.

  3. Map the retrieved lead fields:

    • Full Name → Name Field

    • Phone Number → Phone Number Field

  4. Click Save.


Step 6: Publishing the Automation Flow

  1. Click on the Publish button.

  2. The flow is now live and ready to capture leads.


Step 7: Testing the Integration

  1. Trigger a test lead from Facebook.

  2. Navigate to the Executions section in Zixflow.

  3. Verify that the lead data has been successfully captured.

  4. Click on the execution record to view the details.

  5. If using test data, you may see placeholder values instead of actual leads.

  6. The lead details should now be stored in the People Module.
