Service – Replies to customer-initiated messages within a 24-hour window. These messages are free if the user starts the conversation. (Example: "Sure! Your refund has been processed.")

Authentication (International & Local) – One-time passwords (OTPs) or login verifications. International is for cross-border authentication, while Local is for domestic authentication within the same country. (Example: "Your OTP for login is 123456.")
