Zixflow Inbox is a centralized mailbox where you can view all your incoming messages and reply to them promptly. With this unified location, you don’t have to switch between multiple inboxes to look for messages and save countless hours.
Filtering your messages
You can set various filters to manage which messages you want to see in the Inbox. To set custom filters, click the Filter symbol to open the filter options. Next, click the Categories option and select the filters you want to deploy. Apart from filters, you can also set a custom timeframe to filter your messages and whether they are read or unread.
On top of that, you can access the contact’s profile from Inbox and view information about different sections. Learn more about this on the contact overview page.
