Task management

Check out how to manage your tasks in Zixflow activity list.

With Zixflow, you can customize almost everything within the application, and task management is no different.

You can customize the look of your activity list using numerous filters, views, and sort settings. So, let’s check each of these options out below, starting with views.

Views

Zixflow offers you two dynamic views to modify the display for your data. This includes the Table view and the Kanban view.

Table view

The Table view allows you to see your contacts in the standard spreadsheet format, where each attribute has an individual column.

Kanban view

The Kanban view lets you display your contacts in the form of cards, which you can drag and drop across different columns. This view is also known as the pipeline view, where you can see how your leads are progressing through the stages of the sales pipeline.

Filters

Filters let you visualize your activities based on different conditions and attributes to see the data more effectively instead of viewing everything at once.

There are numerous filters in Zixflow that you can use to view particular portions of data. These filters include:

  • Title

  • Due date

  • Description

  • Association

  • Assignee

  • Source and more

Sort

Sorting enables you to arrange data in a particular order, like ascending or descending. This way, you can efficiently go through your contacts.

View settings

Like its name, with view settings, you can choose which columns you want to see in your activity list. You can add or remove the columns from your activity list based on your preference.

To add a column, click the View settings button and choose the Add column option. From the next drop-down menu, pick a column you want to add and that’s it.

Adding calculations

At the bottom of each column, you can see the "+ Add Calculation" option, where you can see the details about that specific column. These details include the count and percentage of how much that column is filled. This way, you can quickly find empty fields and keep your data quality high.
