Subscription – Choose a plan (Free, Marketing Stack, or Business Stack) to access features like messaging, automation, and integrations.
Flows (Automation Credits) – Every action in a workflow consumes credits. Paid plans get 1,000 free credits per month; upgrade if needed.

Zixflow’s Flows & Chatbots allow you to automate any process. Using Zixflow nodes, you can design workflows for your unique business needs.
Zixflow operates on a credit-based system, where each action or task consumes mostly 1 credit, while triggers and conditions remain free. This means you only pay for what you use!
Example: If you receive an incoming WhatsApp message and want to send an automated response via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email, each action consumes 1 credit. You can also update records in Zixflow, all within a single automated flow.
You can build workflows with Smart Automated fallback options. For example, if a WhatsApp message is not delivered within 1 hour, the system can automatically send an RCS or SMS as a backup, ensuring reliable communication.
How flows consume credits
Trigger Nodes - No credits are charged for the following: Collection nodes, List nodes, Task, Form submissions, Incoming WhatsApp and RCS conversations, Shortlink tracking, Manual flows, Webhooks, and integrations such as Shopify, Facebook Leads, Zoho Forms, Webflow, Poper AI, Typeform, Jotform, Calendly, Framer, Paperform, Tally Forms, and more.
Conditions Nodes - No credits are consumed for If-Else conditions, Switch conditions, or filtering data within the flow.
Actions - Each action will consume one credit, including Collection nodes, List nodes, Task nodes, Marketing nodes (Send WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS), Calculation nodes, Delays, Utilities, and App nodes.
Bonus: Monthly Free Credits for Flows - All paid plans come with 1,000 free credits every month for workflow automation. If you need more, you can upgrade as needed.

Zixflow Wallet - How It Works
The wallet is a pay-as-you-go system

For WhastApp, You only pay for delivered messages; undelivered messages will be automatically refunded. The WhatsApp sent cost will be deducted from your Zixflow Wallet. Our pricing includes Meta WhatsApp rates. With our Pay-Per-Conversation model, Each session lasts 24 hours, allowing unlimited message exchanges within that window for the price of one conversation.
